Graham Condley doesn’t just play soccer, he lives it. A senior at Stillwater High School, Condley has spent years sharpening his craft as a midfielder and forward, becoming a key piece of a program built on discipline, grit, and pride. His approach is simple, but powerful: show up, work hard, and keep improving.
“What motivates me is wanting to be the best I can possibly be.”
That mindset has driven Condley through early morning practices, long nights of schoolwork, and the constant grind of a competitive schedule. Balancing academics with athletics isn’t easy, but he’s learned how to manage both with intention.
“Schoolwork is a lot and so is soccer, so balancing them requires a smart use of all of your time.”
On the field, Condley thrives in big moments. One of his favorite memories came during the 2023 playoffs when Stillwater knocked off Owasso, a win that still stands out as a defining moment in his career. He also relishes the challenge of facing powerhouse programs.
“Jenks is probably my favorite to beat.”
But for Condley, success isn’t just about wins. It’s about growth, and the people who help push him to reach another level. In practice, he credits teammate Ryan Brassfield for bringing out his best, while also recognizing the often-overlooked contributions of goalkeeper Mason Peeper, whose consistency anchors the team.
Off the field, Condley stays active in Beta Club, Jesus Club, and SMAC Week, reflecting a commitment to his school community. That sense of purpose is shaped by the role models in his life, especially his small group leaders, who have demonstrated leadership and dedication.
“Mr. Davis had the biggest impact on my life because of how much sincere joy he showed to everyone every single day. He was such a light to people around him.”
As he prepares to graduate, Condley carries with him a deep appreciation for what it means to represent Stillwater.
“Every time I put on a Stillwater jersey, I take pride in it because I know I’m representing something bigger than myself.”
