STILLWATER LADY PIONEERS

Coach: TALBY JUSTUS

2024-25 Record: 6-21

The Stillwater Lady Pioneers have new leadership this season with first-year head coach Talby Justus. They bring optimism to the court this year after finishing 6–21 last year. The team returns several key players and is eager to take the next step. While the Lady Pioneers are still cultivating a strong culture and mindset, there is clear potential in this group. Coach Justus believes that if the players commit to growth, discipline, and team-first play, Stillwater could become a squad that opponents truly fear.

Senior Khalia Moore anchors the team and is the only senior projected to start this season. Standing six-foot tall, Khalia combines athleticism with skill, excelling in the post while continuing to develop her perimeter shot. Her preseason progress has been encouraging, and with continued growth in leadership, work ethic, and overall skill, she has the potential to dominate both ends of the floor. Moore’s presence provides a cornerstone for the Lady Pioneers, offering size, versatility, and a scoring option that can stretch defenses.

Sophomore Gracie Murray is already an accomplished player with a bright future. As a freshman, Gracie possesses the experience, skill, and competitive drive to impact games in multiple ways. She can stretch the floor with her shooting, handle the ball under pressure, and make smart decisions on offense. With continued development and maturity, Murray has the potential to become one of the top young athletes in the state, providing leadership and scoring versatility for Stillwater.

Freshman Ava Marsh, who recently moved from Mississippi, adds dynamic athleticism and exceptional ball-handling ability. Ava’s ability to create for herself and others makes her a key offensive weapon. If she embraces the defensive side of the game and continues to grow physically and mentally, she has the potential to be a standout across the state.

Junior Reagan Bell brings leadership, energy, and a positive attitude to the Lady Pioneers. Already respected by her teammates, Reagan is expected to take a further step into a leadership role and help set the tone for work ethic and accountability.

With a mix of experienced returners, talented underclassmen, and a renewed focus on culture and development, the Stillwater Lady Pioneers have the tools to compete each night. If the team continues to grow together, this season could mark a turning point and establish Stillwater as a formidable opponent in every game.
