Perry’s Alley Kennedy – Presented by Seth Wadley Ford

VYPE: What grade are you in and what sports do you play?

Alley: I am a senior at Perry High School and I play softball.

VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade?

Alley: My favorite teacher is Mrs. Jessica Hofferber. She was my teacher my freshman and junior year. She is very encouraging and brings a good attitude to the classroom everyday.

VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you?

Alley: Emily McConnell and her leadership left the biggest impression on me. She was always a positive teammate who encouraged upper and lower class men on the field

VYPE: What is your favorite part about being on a team?  

Alley: I love the team aspect of the defensive side of the game, being able to rely on your teammates just as much as they rely on you. I also am passionate about the competitive side, being one on one facing the pitcher and wanting to be a base runner for the team.

VYPE: Who inspires you and?

Alley: I am inspired by Caitlin Clark, she is fearless and is not afraid to make mistakes.

VYPE: What has been your favorite memory of playing?

Alley: My favorite memory was becoming a State Champion with all the girls I grew up playing against and with.

VYPE: You can pick any place for a summer vacation, where do you go and who do you take with you?

Alley: For vacation I would go to any beach, I would bring my family along with me.

VYPE: What is your all-time favorite meal?

Alley: My all time favorite meal would be a crawfish boil.

Alley: I would like to say thank you to my mom and dad, they are at every game and support me no matter what.
